Order Questions
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, iDeal (NL only), Bancontact (BE only), KBC/CBC, SOFORT, Giropay, Klarna Pay Now, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay
Regular payment options will become available at checkout after filling in your contact information and choosing your shipping destination. Express checkout is available for customers using PayPal Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
In-store payments: Besides the payment methods mentioned above we also accept cash in store
We strive to represent our products as accurately as possible on our website, including colors. However, please note that colors can appear differently due to variations in monitor settings, lighting conditions, or photography techniques.
While we make every effort to ensure the images are as true to life as possible, these factors may cause slight differences. If the color difference is significant or if you're unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to our customer service team. We're happy to assist with returns or exchanges in line with our return policy.
Shipping
- Orders placed Monday-Thursday (before 18:00 Amsterdam time): Your order will be packed and shipped the next day.
- Orders placed Friday-Sunday: Your order will be shipped the following Monday.
- During peak times (sales, holidays, etc.): Shipping may be delayed by 1-2 days due to increased demand.
We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to our customer support.
Europe & UK: 5–7 working days
United States: 3–7 working days
Outside Europe: 7–20 working days
International: DPD, DHL Express, or PostNL Global.

For UK customers: Be aware of clearance fees and import duties when ordering from the EU. Clearance fees and import duties are to be paid by the customer to UK customs. Please calculate your estimate tax in advance.
No, we do not. Expected delivery times do not include weekends. For international orders, it is common for your order to travel during the weekend, often making for a shorter delivery time.
We always recommend tracking your order via DPD, DHL or PostNL. There is a chance the courier may have been unable to deliver your parcel, we always recommend you check for a card or with your neighbours in case they have signed for your delivery. Alternatively, there may be an address query or delay in customs in which the courier will need to contact you in order to resolve the issue. Please ensure you include both your phone number and email when processing an order through our store.
Unfortunately parcels do sometimes go missing in transit. Contact us immediately via support@oldhabits-diehard.com, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.
Exchanges
Please note we only accept one exchange per order. Should you wish to exchange an item, please make a clear note on the invoice sheet which item you want to exchange to avoid any confusion.

Sale items, discounted items or clearance items cannot be exchanged for other products. Please return the product as explained in our returns policy to receive store credit via Gift Vouchers to choose a new product.
We will process a refund for the returned item once the customer has agreed, and are unable to select an alternative.
Returns
1. Returns made within 14 days from delivery:
- Refunds: If you return your items within 14 days of delivery (or collection point), we will refund you via the original payment method.
- Return costs: The return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
- Processing time: We aim to process refunds within 5 working days. Please note, this may take longer during busy periods.
- Reserved funds: If you cancel your order, any reserved funds will be released and made available to you. This can take up to 10 working days, depending on your payment provider. We are unable to expedite this process.
- Issue after 10 days: If funds are not released after 10 working days, please contact us at support@oldhabits-diehard.com, and we will investigate the issue further.
2. Returns made between 15 and 30 days from delivery:
- Voucher issuance: If you return your items within 15-30 days, you will receive an Old Habits Die Hard Voucher for the amount you paid for the item.
- Processing time: We aim to process returns within 5 working days and will email you the voucher once processed.
3. Sale or Clearance Items:
- Voucher issuance: If you return a sale or clearance item, you will be issued a gift voucher for the value you paid for the product. This voucher can be used online or in our studio.
- Processing time: We aim to process returns within 5 working days and will email you the gift voucher.
Important notes on condition of returns:
- Items must be returned in their original state with all tags attached.
- Items that show signs of wear or are returned outside of the 30-day return window will not be accepted.

Please use our Returns Portal and we will provide you with a return shipping label. The return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
For customers in Italy, Norway, Spain, Switzerland and The UK or outside of Europe
Arrange return shipping at your expense. Email us that you're returning your order and include tracking details to support@oldhabits-diehard.com. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please include a copy of your invoice with a clear note of which item(s) you wish to return. Failure to do so can cause delays in your refund being processed.
Returns on sale items are accepted, exchanges however are not. Sale items, clearance items or discounted items will be refunded via store credit with gift vouchers equivalent to what you paid to spend at Old Habits Die Hard. You can pay with your gift voucher online or visit our store on Prinsengracht 8, 1015 DV in Amsterdam
On occasion returned items may not have reached us yet, which is why we recommend you ship your returned item(s) with a tracked delivery service. We will do everything we possibly can to assist with this situation, please contact us to discuss this further on support@oldhabits-diehard.com.
For Dutch and European return orders (excluding Italy, Norway, Spain, the UK and Switzerland):
By using our Returns Portal, we will send you a returns label to use for your return package. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
For returns outside of Europe and Italy, Norway, Spain, The UK and Switzerland:
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of any items returned to Old Habits Die Hard. Please ensure that you use a tracked postal service to avoid loss during transit. You can send us the tracking link along with your order number to support@oldhabits-diehard.com, and we will keep an eye out for your package.
At Old Habits Die Hard, we encourage mindful purchasing to reduce carbon emissions associated with consumer returns.
If you return an order that was eligible for free shipping, and your total order value falls below €200 after the return, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
Purchases that are made in our store can be returned, you will not be refunded but instead receive store credit.
