Make sure you measure your head in CM because all our sizes are too. There are multiple ways to wear your hat, option A and Option B are both different, therefor it is very important to measure your hat to fit like the preferred option.

Customs fees depend on your local customs policies. Unfortunately we are unable to provide you custom estimates. Contact your customs office for specific charges.
For UK customers: Be aware of clearance fees and import duties when ordering from the EU. Clearance fees and import duties are to be paid by the customer to UK customs. Please calculate your estimate tax in advance.

Returns Policy
Items must be returned in its original state with all tags still attached. Pieces that are returned with signs of being worn or delivered to our returns team outside of the stated 30 day policy window will not be accepted.
If you return an item requesting a refund within 14 days of the item being delivered to you or a collection point, we’ll give you a refund of the products bought by way of the original payment method. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Customized hats are made to order and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you return an item requesting a refund within 15 and 30 days after the item is delivered to you or a collection point, we’ll give you an Old Habits Die Hard gift voucher for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for the item. The return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Sale items or discounted items will be refunded via store credit or a gift card.

If orders eligible for free shipping are returned and your order total after your return is less than €200 Old Habits Die Hard is obliged to deduct the initial shipping cost from your refund.
