Order Questions
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, PayPal, iDeal (NL only), Bancontact (BE only), KBC/CBC, SOFORT, Giropay, Klarna Pay Now, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay
Payments via creditcard, PayPal (regular checkout), iDeal, Bancontact, KBC/CBC, SOFORT, Giropay and Klarna Pay Now will become available at checkout after filling in your contact information and choosing your shipping.
Express checkout is available for customers using PayPal Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
Store Payments: Besides the payment methods mentioned above we also accept cash in store
We will do our best to accommodate these requests. The quicker you get in touch, the more chance we have of amending your order according to your wishes.

We advise our customers to check their junk folders and any other folders in their email inbox. Should you still be unable to locate the correspondence, get in touch, there may have been an error with the email address we have.
All the garments you see in our photos are the garments you will receive. From time to time there may be some discrepancies, this is usually due to the varying devices upon which the products are viewed.
If you have returned your items within 14 days of the item being delivered to you or a collection point, we will refund you via the original payment. Your return costs will be deducted from your refund. Timeframes for refunds vary depending on the original payment method. We aim to process a refund within 5 working days, this can increase during busy periods. When you cancel the order the reserved funds will be made available to you again. This can take up to 10 working days depending on your payment provider and we’re not able to speed up this process. If the funds have not been released after 10 working days, please get in touch with us via support@oldhabits-diehard.com and we’ll look into it further for you.
If you return items requesting a refund within 15 – 30 days of the item being delivered to you or a collection point, we will give you an Old Habits Die Hard Voucher for the amount equivalent to the price you paid for the item.
If you have returned a sale or clearance item, you will be given a gift voucher to spend online or in our studio. The amount on the gift voucher is equivalent to what you have paid for the product. We aim to process returns within 5 working days and will e-mail you your Gift Voucher.
Items must be returned in its original state with all tags still attached. Pieces that are returned with signs of being worn or delivered to our returns team outside of the stated 30 day policy window will not be accepted.
A pre-order is an order placed before it is available online or in our store. You will receive your item as soon as we have received the shipment from our manufacturers.
Pre-order time varies from days to a couple of weeks. If you pre-order an item the expected delivery time will say so on the product page.
This way we avoid waste caused by bigger productions and leftover stock at the end of each season.

For deliveries to The Netherlands: the shipping cost for package post is €7,70 via DPD
For deliveries to The Netherlands with mailbox package: the shipping cost is €5,35 via DPD
Shipping costs for deliveries to other parts of the world will be calculated while completing your order.
Our mailbox post deliveries are currently shipped with DPD.

Our package post for International deliveries are currently shipped with DPD, DHL Express or PostNL Global.
For any country, customs and import duties are applied by local customs. Unfortunately we are unable to provide an estimate or offer information. We suggest contacting your local customs office so you are aware of the exact charges that could potentially be incurred.
For UK customers: Always keep in mind additional costs if you buy something from an online shop inside the European Union (EU). Clearance fees and import duties are to be paid by the customer to UK customs. Please calculate your estimate tax in advance.
You will receive an email with the tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
No, we do not. Expected delivery times do not include weekends. For international orders, it is common for your order to travel during the weekend, often making for a shorter delivery time.
Orders within The Netherlands: 3 – 5 working days
Orders within Europe: 5 – 7 working days
Orders outside of Europe: 7 – 20 working days.
During sales and other peak times shipping may be delayed by one or two days.
We always recommend tracking your order via DPD, DHL or PostNL. There is a chance the courier may have been unable to deliver your parcel, we always recommend you check for a card or with your neighbours in case they have signed for your delivery. Alternatively, there may be an address query or delay in customs in which the courier will need to contact you in order to resolve the issue. Please ensure you include both your contact number and email when processing an order through our store.
Unfortunately parcels do sometimes go missing in transit. Contact us immediately via support@oldhabits-diehard.com
Exchanges
Sale items, discounted items or clearance items cannot be exchanged for other products. Please return the product as explained in our returns policy to receive store credit via Gift Vouchers to choose a new product.
Please note we only accept one exchange per order. Should you wish to exchange a returned item, please make a clear note on the invoice sheet to avoid any confusion.

Unfortunately we are not able to offer exchanges for different hat styles or colours. You will need to place a new order and follow the returns instructions for a refund/store credit on your original order (if applicable).
Please allow us 1 – 3 working days to process your exchange upon receipt of your return. All exchanged items will be shipped out with DPD or PostNL Global. For estimated delivery times please see “When can I expect my delivery?”
We will process a refund for the returned item once the customer has agreed, and are unable to select an alternative.
Returns

For customers in Italy, Norway, Spain, Switzerland and The UK or outside of Europe
The customer is responsible for returning the package to our Returns Department.

Yes, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost of any items returned to Old Habits Die Hard. Please make sure to also track your package to ensure it does not get lost in the mail while it is on its way back to us. On occasion returned items may not have reached us, which is why we recommend you ship your returned item(s) with a tracked delivery service. We will do everything we possibly can to assist with this situation, please contact us to discuss this further on support@oldhabits-diehard.com.

Returns on sale items are accepted, exchanges however are not. Sale items, clearance items or discounted items will be refunded via store credit with gift vouchers equivalent to what you paid to spend at Old Habits Die Hard. You can pay with your gift voucher online or visit our store on Prinsengracht 8, 1015 DV in Amsterdam
At Old Habits Die Hard we ask you to be mindful of the purchases you make to bring awareness to carbon emissions in consumer purchases and returns.
If orders eligible for free shipping are returned and your order total after your return is less than €200 Old Habits Die Hard is obliged to deduct the shipping cost from your refund.
Purchases that are made in our store can be returned, you will not be refunded but instead receive store credit.
