How does the Return Portal work?
Fill in your details.
You’ll receive a returns label in your inbox from Old Habits Die Hard within 24 working hours.
Carefully package the return/exchanged item in the original box.
Put the returns label on the outside of the box.
Make sure your old shipping label isn’t visible.
Bring it to a DPD drop-off point.
We receive a tracking link of your package as soon as you dropped it off. We will keep an eye out for it.
Once the package has arrived, we will refund or exchange your product.
By using our Returns Portal we provide you a returns label to use for your return package. The cost of your return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds (excluding shipping costs) may take 1-5 working days to process and for the amount to be put back into your account.
Exchanges are shipped to you within 1-3 working days.
